A booking through this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. The appointment is only formed once it is confirmed by email or phone.

6. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue, are transferable and are not paid out in cash. Any remaining balance after partial use remains usable until the expiry date.
